Permits for Traveling from India to Tibet by Flight

If you're traveling to Tibet with a regular Indian passport and don't intend to visit non-open areas like Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar in Ngari, you can follow standard procedures to obtain the Tibet Travel Permit.
